SOUND BATH MEDITATION
In sound meditation, we use Tibetan bowls and other instruments to focus the mind on the sound and the body experience that music creates. An experience that enhances your body awareness.
The Tibetan bowls are connected to the ancient practices of chakra balancing. The strong sound vibrations created by the bowls travels through your layers of body tissue (fascia), inviting stagnant energy to be released. You enter a deep state of meditation that will bring you into a place of ease and surrender.
The use of silence in this practice has a major impact as well, since, in silence, we increase the neuroplasticity of the mind (the connection between neurons).
Therefore, silence offers a fertile state where we can nurture ourselves with new possibilities for inner growth, leading to a more happy, balanced, and healthy life.
