...A journey of the feminine through cacao, womb meditations and sound healing...
We warmly welcome you to join this new moon women’s circle. During the ceremony we will take a deep dive into what it means to be connected to your feminine essence. How can you tap into this energy source? How can you make more space for the feminine in your life? Through the use of cacao, guided meditations, gentle movement and sound healing, Carolina @somaexperiences and Rosa @cyclewise_ cyclewise_ will guide you through your own inner-journey . During and after the ceremony you will have time to journal and write down your insights.
🍫What is a cacao ceremony?
After having set your intentions, you will drink a ceremonial dose of cacao from Con amor cacao. For centuries, the Mayans have used this sacred food to empower their connection with Mother Earth. Due to its high amounts of theobromine, magnesium anandamide and antioxidants, cacao is considered a deeply nourishing (hormone) superfood that empowers the heart connection.

MOVEMENT IS MEDICINE
Knowing your body is knowing yourself ✨ your body is your temple - be attentive and listen to its movement ♥️ there is LOTS of wisdom there. And every pain, ache, as well as what flows, shares the story of your soul.
Since early age movement has been the medicine of my soul. A place where I meet MYSELF and all what it’s present.
Following my intuition, during my solo-travel I end up #islasbastimentos @palmarbeachlodge
A jungle immersion experience that set up the perfect tone for my Me-retreat. I was recovering from a bike accident 😌😌- and walking was a big challenge. Day by day, with the breeze of the sea and the sounds of the jungle I met date myself everyday on the yoga deck.
I will wake up at 6:30 and be by 7:00 watching the sunrise and waking up my body and its injuries. Patience, love and lot of intuitive movement to heal.
Understanding what was happening in my body and which movement patterns needed to be reassess.
Some days was more yin yoga, others upside down - but everyday I met myself through movement to realign body- mind and spirit.
Of course nurturing food and sunshine where the best mates for healing 🙂

First two weeks in Costa Rica and my whole inner world is full in transformation mode. Shedding layers and lighting up unseen parts.
🥗The clean food we eat, the power of waking up in the sunrise and go to sleep after sunset 🌅 . Practicing daily Yoga 🧘🏻‍♀️ and meditating on this breath-taken landscape - all together brings a powerful healing! Meeting new souls and old ones 🌌 - and in every encounter learning about myself. Blessing to my triggers and all what they show to me that needs inner work 🫶🏻🙏🏻

A journey with cacao & sound cultivating balance and seeding forgiveness.
This ceremony will be the last one till February as I will be in Costa Rica working with sound and cacao.
